A new destination for your stock
A collection comes to an end, a loyalty promotion finishes or stock exceeds expected demand. Goods that no longer fit your plans may be attractive to another buyer. We are happy to assess opportunities to purchase these lots.
- End of collections: articles that make way for a new assortment or a subsequent season.
- Savings actions: remaining products after completion of a savings or promotional action.
- Remaining lots: remaining numbers, extended articles and composite lots.
- Overstock: surplus stock for which you want to free up space.

Stocklots are goods left over from a collection, promotion or product range. Overstock means surplus inventory. The product mix, packaging and condition can vary from lot to lot. Check the item information and let us know which additional details you need when requesting a quote.
Who can buy stocklots from Van Gennip Stocklots?
Our platform is for business buyers, including retailers, online shops, resellers and wholesalers. Browse the range and apply for a business account. Once activated, you can view standard prices and compile a quote request.
Can I buy by the case, layer or pallet?
Each item shows its available ordering units. You can request cases and, where packaging information is available, layers or pallets. Not every item is available in every unit. We confirm the final quantities and availability in the quote.
How is the price of a stocklot determined?
The standard price is the starting point. We assess your complete request, quantities and product mix to determine pricing and any volume discount. Items without a standard price are quoted on request. Amounts are shown excluding VAT.
Can Van Gennip arrange transport, or can I collect?
When requesting a quote, choose transport arranged by Van Gennip at an additional charge or collection in Lommel. Transport costs are quoted separately. Collection is by appointment at John Cockerillstraat 58, 3920 Lommel, Belgium.
Does Van Gennip also buy my surplus stock or end-of-line collection?
You can offer us stocklots, surplus stock, end-of-line collections and goods from completed loyalty promotions. Email an item list, quantities, photos, storage location and your target price to info@vgstocklots.com. Please also state any expiry dates and sales restrictions. We assess each lot individually and discuss whether a purchase is possible.
Can I request a quote for several sales markets?
Yes. You can select several countries of sale or destination. Any sales restrictions for selected countries are shown. You can still submit the request: we review the affected items and discuss the options. A quote request does not remove any sales restrictions.
